Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Quebec office of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

The records relate to various real property projects carried out in the region and filed in the 4350 (Design and Construction Projects - General), 4360 (Consultants - General), 4385 (Construction), and 4410 (Meetings - Construction) of the PWGSC file plan. The accession includes, but is not limited to, files that document work carried out on the Manoir Papineau, the Louis St. Laurent Building, the Gare Maritime Champlain, the Lachine Canal, the Chambly Canal, Fort Témiscamingue National Historic Site, and the Migratory Pass at St. Ours.
