This accession consists of plans and specifications, consultant agreements and electoral maps from the Pacific Region. There are five boxes of consultant agreements which contain the signed contract and detail the action required for each project. These agreements date primarily from the 1970's, and have been organized numerically by contract number. Although all records in this accession were transferred from the Department of Public Works, some of these records originated in the Department of Transport and were transferred to Public Works when there was a transfer of functions. Within this group of records are also some administrative files regarding security passes and licensing. These files contain correspondence, memoranda and some reports. Two boxes consist of plans and specifications for a variety of projects, and these are organized alphabetically by location. The remaining two boxes contain electoral maps of British Columbia.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
