Methodology surveys of the Bureau of Medical Biochemistry [textual record]

As part of the development of a National Program of Quality Assurance in Laboratory Medicine in the late 1970s, the Bureau of Medical Biochemistry within the Laboratory Centre for Disease Control carried out a number of surveys of routine methodology within clinical laboratories. The records in this accession consist of a number of files containing "Methodology Information Forms" (HPB 5080), which were sent to hospital labs to query technicians about their techniques for certain tests, the manufacturer kits used, and quality control procedures.
