The document has four doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures.

Note sur l'état de conservation :

The document is laminated with tissue. Conservation has replaced missing pieces on both sheets. There are six holes in sheet one, possibly used in binding sheets together. Sheet one also has tears on the central fold and the tissue-lamination is torn. Ink blots are present on all sheets.
