Grievances, Decisions and Arbitrations [textual record]

This accession consists of grievance files which include such information as presentations by employees and bargaining unit representatives from CUPW (Canadian Union of Postal Workers) or LCUC (Letter-Carriers' Union of Canada). The employees or the Union present grievances based on the non-compliance with the collective agreement. The files contain the submissions of the grievances up to the final decision and are accompanied by all the related correspondance and reports. We can find in these files documents such as receipt notices of the grievance and replies by management, testimony by witnesses, investigation and analysis, probation reports, annual performance appraisals of employees, and decisions and statements by arbitrators.
