This accession has files which relate to the following subjects: Committees Records (37th Parliament, 3rd Session).Historique de la conservation :On 3 April 2008, Wallet#12 (out of 12 Wallets, Box 18 NOTA Closed until 2034) and Wallet#1 (out of 12 Wallets, Box 14) of this accession from the 37th Parliament 3rd Session were returned to the House of Commons at the behest of André Gagnon, acting on behalf of the Clerk of the House, pursuant to Clauses 3 and 7 of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by the former National Archivist, Jean-Pierre Wallot, and former Deputy Speaker of the House, Andrée Champagne, on 8 June 1993. Pursuant to Clauses 3 and 7 of the 1993 MOA, Ian E. Wilson, Librarian and Archivist of Canada, requested the Archivist of Record for the House of Commons to deliver these wallets to 180 Wellington Street, where the wallets were signed off to Jacques Corbin, of the Committes Directorate. The above records were returned to LAC on 11 April 2008.
