This album, comprised of 63 pages on which 192 photographs are mounted, is similar to album 15 in that it is documentation for the Department of the Interior. Main subjects are coal exposures, animals in Wainwright Park and various buildings in Western Canadian cities. Photos mostly by O.S. Finnie. Though the title is "Alberta and Yukon", there are photos from Saskatchewan as well.

The cover of the album is ripping and flaking apart and also staining. A handful of the photographs are completely out of their tabs. The inscriptions are fading as they appear to have been handwritten with chalk. There should be interleaving.
This note is obsolete. The album was phyiscally consolidated as part of the album recontainerization project 2012.

This album was originally part of accession 1974-366, which had been integrated into 1973-357. It has since been separated back into the two individual accessions of 1973-357 and 1974-366.
