Subjects pertain either to an administrative function (personnel, finance, international relations), a scientific division (Division of Physics, National Aeronautical Establishment), or a specific project or program (Canada/France/ Hawaii telescope).
The sub-series includes records in permanent volumes and accessions from the following blocks - Liaison Files (1350-1359); Administration (1360-1499); Associations, Clubs and Societies (1450-1476); Committees (1900-1908); International Relations (2005); Division of Electrical Engineering (3000); Division of Physics (4510); National Aeronautical Establishment (4011-4056); Division of Chemistry (5004-5012); Associate Committees (6000-6320); Division of Biological Sciences (7000-7199) and Computation Centre (8100-8199).
