Series also consists 53 photographs, ca. 1916-1968, including a group portrait of the staff of the Musketry School, including Sgt. W. Howard Measures, Lieut. Lawren Harris and Maj. Vincent Massey, Camp Borden, Ontario, August 1916; activities of W. Howard Measures as secretary to Rt. Hons. W.L. Mackenzie King and R.B.Bennett, and as the originator of Canada's diplomatic protocol service, as Chief of Protocol, Department of External Affairs, and Director, Protocol Branch, Dept. of the Secretary of State, 1926-1962; portraits, many signed, of various heads of state and heads of government and other dignitaries, ca. 1927-1962. Two photographs, 1940, depict members of the Permanent Joint Board on Defence, Ottawa, Ontario, 26 August 1940.

These include 3 photographs of Princess Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh from 1951 (including one signed portrait each), one photograph of a reception held at City Hall in Montreal on October 30, 1951, one signed portrait of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip from 1964, and one photograph of the Freedom of the City of Manchester from November 5, 1926.
