Series consists of numbered correspondence covering matters discussed by the executive (construction, theme, transportation, staffing, heads of state visits, publicity, etc.). Included here are some correspondence files from Pierre Dupuy, Commissioner General; his executive assistant, Jacques Asselin; and Andrew Kniewasser, General Manager.

The architectural drawings pertain to boutiques at Expo '67 showing the layout, fixtures, etc. for the boutiques. The plans are arranged alphabetically by country from Algeria to Yugosolvia. The Yukon Territory is also represented. There are also plans for the following exhibits: Man in the community; Man-his planet and space; Man and his health; Man and the polar regions; Man and life; Resources for man, arranged in numerical sequence by plan number.
