Map 1 is entitled "The future generalized land use." Map 2 is entitled "The borough boundaries, recommended metropolitan and borough boundaries." These two were published in 1969 and show the various highways, roads, municipal and county boundaries. Maps 3 and 4 are the same sheet. map 3 is entitled "Milton service area" which includes telephone, fire and water service areas. Map 4 is entitled "Conservation Authority" and shows the Hamilton Region Conservation Authority jurisdiction and the Gridstone Creek Watershed. Map 5 was published in 1968 and is entitled "Population density and services", it includes the location of fire stations, police stations and garbage disposal areas. The end result of this study was the creation of the Hamilton Wentworth Regional Municipality.
