At home, the Stanfields are shown relaxing. Various shots of western scenery, white face cattle, riders, a small place landing on the prairie. John Diefenbaker visits a school named after him. Stanfield's voice is heard on the sound track through most of these scenes, expounding Conservative doctrine and his personal views. In Quebec, the camera touches on the monuments on the Plains of Abraham, the Fortress and Quebec City.
