Shots of units moving up, lounging in open trenches as they take a rest. captured German prisoners being questioned by a Highland officer. Prisoners being herded to safety behind the lines. A glimpse of a field station with a couple of walking wounded. Officers receiving briefing and stretcher cases coming into dressing station. A doctor bandages a wounded man and other shots show medical tents with doctors posing in their white smocks.
