This sub-series consists of Canadian National Land Settlement Association illustrated reports on new immigrants to Canada, particularly from Eastern Europe. The reports provide rich background information, particularly for Western Canada. There are details about farm districts, the names of immigrant farmers and their families, where they came from, and where they settled. European immigrants are mostly represented, including: Polish, Ukrainian, Hungarian, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Roumanian, Swiss, Austrian, Slovak, Dutch and Danish.

Vols 8443 and 16084 contain index cards of families brought in by the Canadian National Land Settlement Association. There two parts to the index: the first set of cards are in alphabetical order by last name, and have associated file numbers. The second set of cards are also in alphabetical order, but also provide the nationality of the immigrant families.
