This accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for OP ABACUS, the Department of National Defence response to Y2K. Some of the records are arranged according to the DND/CF subject file classification system and the others are arranged according to a system established by the PMO. The accession includes records relating to the overall management of the operation and the coordination with various National Defence/Canadian Forces units and formations, and other governments and organizations.
