Recherche dans la collection - Cancelled aircraft files of the Quebec Regional Office [textual record]

Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Quebec Regional Office. Records are from the 5008 file block - Registration, Inspection and Operation files, which covers aircraft registrations that have been cancelled. The case files are organized in alphabetical order by registration mark from FALC to IGHD.

Records include the Certificate of Registration and documentation regarding the removal (cancellation) of the aircraft and its mark from the Canadian Civil Aircraft Register. Supporting documentation can include original manufacturer's specifications, certificates of airworthiness, bills of sale, DOT inspection reports, inspection release certificates, and annual airworthiness information reports. 5008 files are closed where the aircraft is sold or transferred, removed from the register due to accident or other reason, or undergoes registration mark changes.
