Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the British Columbia Regional Office of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.

The accession includes, but is not limited to, social development records for numerous First Nations bands in British Columbia. Records include: social development financial and statistical reports; traning/employment support initative annual report; National child benefit supplement quarterly tracking reports; social development programs such as child and family services societies; operational statistical reports for First Nation Children and Family Services; monthly invoices from the Ministry of Children and Family Development; records relating to adult respite care; records relating to family violence; and records relating to housing and infrastructure assets.
