Documentary in the series MIND GAMES, a sub-series of the THIS MORNING series, examining mental health in Canada. This documentary is about the problems faced by parents of schizophrenic children. Interviewees include: Sheila Deighton, whose undiagnosed schizophrenic husband shot and killed their deeply disturbed teenaged son; Errol Young and his wife, whose schizophrenic son Aaron was asked to leave home because he was destroying the rest of the family; and Nora McCabe, whose schizophrenic son tried to kill her with a hammer, received treatment and now lives in a rooming house. Interspersed with the interviews are excerpts of a song performed by mental patients at the Workman Theatre at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) site on Queen Street in Toronto. <35mn 18s>
