The sheets indicate: (1) Front and end elevations, first floor plan, section NMC108903 -- (2) Second and basement floor plans, elevation of drawing room, drawing room details NMC108904 -- (3) Elevation of fireplace, plan of fireplace, front door elevation, dining room fireplace and front door details NMC52557. Built about 1830 by lawyer Alexander Stewart. The design is of arcaded brick which was popular at this time. Important features include: elliptical stairs, basement kitchen with dumbwaiter, drawing room upstairs, front elevation of 5 arcaded bays, entrance occupies whole width of centre bay.
