The document has one large purple circular paper seal on page five. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together in conjunction with pages seven and eight which overlap the upper edge of all other sheets. The upper edge of pages seven and eight have corners cut away. The paper is robin's egg blue in colour.

The document is laminated with tissue.
