This session takes the form of a National Forum on Climate Change, in which members of the Order of Canada draft a declaration. Representatives discuss the challenges of the Kyoto Protocol, the cost of emissions reduction and renewable energy programs, the impact of greenhouse gases, and ways to inform Canadians about climate change. Recording features presentations by Doug Miller (President, Environics International), Al Howatson (Conference Board of Canada), Dr. Mark Jaccard (Simon Fraser University), and Thomas d'Aquino (Business Council on National Issues). Forum co-chaired by Elizabeth May and Dee Parkinson-Marcoux of NRTEE.
