Design (10.9 x 12.9 cm) displays reproduction of a photograph by Anthony Buckley on the right and the Centennial symbol with dates on the left ; Design has ruled borders with branch of laurel leaves to the upper right, in black ink ; Typography caption has traces of white gouache ; Artwork is accompanied by possible original secondary support with an inscribed note on paper attached and inscribed paper cover ; secondary support has glue residue as does verso of original but sizes are different ; Typography layout : 5 cents.

Artwork and possible secondary support are completely detached from each other, so may have become detached. .
