TRAILER PARK BOYS is a short comedic production shot in a faux-documentary style. The show follows the lives of its two main characters, Ricky and Julian, in their lives at the Sunnyvale Trailer Park. In this episode Something or someone has been stealing - or possibly eating - weed from the boys' dope fields. The boys stake out the field at night to get to the bottom of the problem. They send Cory and Trevor deep into the field, armed with potato guns, on a reconnaissance mission. Moments later, Cory and Trevor emerge screaming, clothes torn and skin scratched, scared to death of whatever it was that just attacked them (Bubbles's theory is that it was a Sasquatch). The guys quickly bandage Cory and Trevor's wounds with empty chip bags and return to the trailer park to plot strategy. When they arrive home, Sara, who is now dating Cory and Trevor as one entity, freaks out about their injuries and the fact that the boys have exploited them yet again. Since Sarah won't let them use Cory and Trevor to do any further investigating, the guys decide to return to the fields themselves. The following morning, Mr. Lahey is busy with his plans to beautify the park. Randy is also preparing to have a BBQ that evening at which time he will cook cheeseburgers with a “special ingredient” for Mr. Lahey. The boys go back to the field and find piles of weed plants that have been chewed up and spit out on the ground. Perplexing. They follow the trail to find… a mountain lion! Ricky and Julian are scared but Bubbles quickly befriends the beast - it's just a big kitty, after all - and deduces that the animal has become addicted to marijuana and will need to be weaned off the dope. Julian and Ricky are reluctant to take the lion back to the park but Bubbles is insistent - he has already formed a bond with the lion. Bubbles gets the lion back to his shed and starts to detoxify him. But the treatment doesn't go well and the lion - Bubbles has named him Steve French - runs off. Meanwhile, Randy has started his BBQ and we learn that the secret ingredient in his burgers is Viagra. As he talks to the camera, Steve French runs up and eats all the burgers. Mr. Lahey comes up and at first doesn't believe Randy's story about a mountain lion eating the burgers, but when the boys run up looking for “a… uh… cat,” he soon changes his mind. Julian picks up the bottle of Viagra before running off to find Steve. The boys find the mountain lion and decide they need a good hiding place for him. They figure they can hide him with J-Roc's old porno stash, under his trailer. They're shocked when J-Roc comes running out from under his trailer, frightened to death. As it turns out, J-Roc only got sentenced to perform community service for operating the massage parlour, but he didn't want anyone to know. He was trying to do real time in This time, Steve attacks Trevor in Lahey and Randy's tent-trailer. Trevor runs away traumatised and Jim says he's had enough - he's calling animal control. When Julian produces the Viagra bottle, Jim sings a different tune. However, it's clear that Steve French can no longer stay in the park. Julian tells Bubbles that it's for the best if they take him back into the wilderness, away from the dope field. Bubbles reluctantly agrees and decides to create a contraption so the cat can be fed and slowly weaned off the dope in the wild. The boys drive out to the woods to return Steve French to his home. As he runs off into the wild, Bubbles cries. It is a very moving moment for all of the Trailer Park Boys. If you look closely, you'll even see a tear run down Julian's face. <23mn 25s>
