Television public affairs program. A public access television series which in this program, gives the Vancouver General Hospital an opportunity to promote its need for a new Burn Ward by showing: the needs lacking in the present one; the surgical procedures involved in treating body burns; the impact on hospital staff of treating burns; interviews with burn victims with regard to their hospital stay and social adjustment. Interviews are held with Doctor Courtemanche, plastic surgeon, and Trudy Staley, Head Nurse of the Burn Ward. Comments are made by: Don Fitzpatrick, resident surgeon; Phil Burk; Neveo Croatto; Peggy Harris; and Fay (?), burn victims. <21mn>
