THE RESIGNATION OF RPQ5 - LOWER CASE A by William Fabrycki of Kingston, Ontario explores the not so distent future when we are all computerized, sanitized, packaged and helpless in the electronic age. An employee of a vast impersonal corporation decides to resign, and after much effort finds the right office where he can hand in his resignation. The manager tries to persuade him to change his mind, pointing up the advantages of working and living under one roof and total security. Their argument and its outcome pinpoint the absurdities of our contemporary thinking. <56mn>
