The film compares these new vehicles to 'champions' in the field of sports, and shows footage of polo, track and field (Jesse Owens); baseball (Babe Ruth); football and horse racing. The film reviews the transportation systems in Salt Lake City and in Cleveland, where electrical vehicles are in use. These vehicles include trolleys, diesel-electric buses and electric subway cars.
