Sub-sub-series consists of the original incoming letters and attachments with a cover sheet giving author and letter number. They are organized by the letter number allotted on receipt, thus giving a rough chronological arrangement. Most of the original correspondence prior to 20 May 1901 has survived, although there are some gaps. No correspondence dated later than 20 May 1901 is held. Volume 809 contains a manuscript list of shareholders of the Grand Trunk Railway of Canada, 1885, relating to letter 3185.

RG46M 77803-23: Consists of survey plans, profiles, maps and engineering drawings for railways across Canada. These records are part of a series of numbered incoming correspondence received the by Railway Committee of the Privy Council, with letter numbers ranging from 1699 to 9478.
