Mrs. O'Hara, unhappy with the prospect of Margaret marrying a fisherman, proposes that Jacques work at their sawmill. The young couple disagree when Jacques refuses to work at the mill preferring to be a fisherman and trapper near the lands of his mother's people, the Micmacs. Nicholas Cox, the Lieutenant Governor and Superintendent of the Gaspé, informs O'Hara that no soldiers will be sent and the villagers must raise a small batallion to protect themselves against the American raiders.Langue :EnglishRemarques :Genre :DRAMADétails de l'inventaire : -
