Textual records: (Papier) The finding aid composed of three lists. The primary aid is a file list containing file code, file part, file title, inclusive dates, and container number and it is arranged according to file code (and therefore subject/activity). The second list has exactly the same information but the organizing principle of the list is the numeric box number, i.e. a box control list. The third short list is composed of a few files that were intended for transfer but where the transfer failed. These are recorded to avoid wasted effort and as a control mechanism as sometimes the files do appear in other accessions after all. The finding aid is open. 55-88
