Series is arranged as follows: Family Papers, mainly letters to and from various family members concerning family matters; Aviation Associations Material, mainly correspondence of the Canadian Flying Clubs Association and reports of associations and organizations related to civil aviation; Aviation Reference Material, articles, journals, reports, and clippings gathered by Hyacinthe Lambart; Aviation Insurance Material, mainly announcements, correspondence, and documents of the British Aviation Insurance Company with miscellaneous notes, articles, and a notebook on aviation insurance; and Journals and Memorabilia, including Hyacinthe Lambart's babybook, her pilot's logbook, and four volumes of journals related to her property, Bumble House. Scrapbook of Hyacinthe Lambart's European tour, 1948 to England and France.

Lambart, Helen H, 1908-1988 : The eldest child of Howard Frederick John Lambart and Helen Marianne Wallbridge, Helen Hyacinthe Lambart was on the staff of Canadian Aviation, the foremost aviation publication in Canada. She was a key figure in the Canadian Flying Clubs Association during the 1930s until 1943 when she began to work for the British Aviation Insurance Company where she remained until the 1950s. She was also active in several international civil aviation organizations during this period of time, attended international meetings, wrote and collected many aviation articles and corresponded with J.A. Wilson, head of the Air Branch Department of Transport and C.G. Grey, editor of the British publication, The Aeroplane.
