Series includes care for the aged including memoranda, correspondence, brochures, clippings and other material relating to the establishment of homes for the aged in the German Canadian community. Kutscha was especially involved in establishing the "Heidehof" in St. Catharines. n.d., 1952, 1957, 1962-1974, 0.050m.

Series also includes social security including correspondence, memoranda, brochures, clippings and other material relating to the payment of German pensions to Canada, n.d., 1954-1955, compensation by the Federal Republic of Germany for losses suffered by Sudeten-Germans in Czechoslovakia, n.d., 1956, and to the Convention on Social Security between Canada and the Federal Republic of Germany, 1964-1975, 0.040m.

Series also consists of Federal Republic of Germany and "Auslandsdeutsche" including correspondence and clippings on German immigration to Canada, n.d., 1947-1961; correspondence with the Institut fur Auslandsbeziehungen, 1955-1957, and the Verein fur das Deutschtum im Ausland, 1968-1971, as well as correspondence and reports relating to the Deutsch-Kanadische Gessellschaft, n.d., 1958-1966. Also included are Nachrishten of the Sozialistische Partei Deutschlands, 1947, the S.P.D. Auslandsbrief, n.d., 1970, and other material relating to relations between the Federal Republic and "Auslandsdeutsche", 0.085m.
