Received in 1978 and 1979 from Mr. Ken Ivison, Lynden, Ontario and in 1980_from Mr. E.A. Buckler, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
In 1966, the Civil Service Federation of Canada (the Mail Clerks were part of the CSFC) merged with the Civil Service Association of Canada to form the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC).
