The document includes a coloured map on drafting cloth. Red ink is used for underlining. One red circular paper seal is on page seven. Blue paper is used for pages nine and ten. One green circular paper seal is on page 11. Green paper is used for pages 13 and 14. One pink archival ribbon is used for binding the sheets together in conjunction with the upper edge of pages 13 and 14 which folds over the upper edge of all other sheets.

Pages three to fourteen of the document are laminated with tissue. Pieces are missing along the edges of pages nine and ten, thirteen and fourteen.
