Previously acquired by The National Postal Museum as accession 1983-103..Historique de la conservation :These philatelic records were originally transferred to the National Archives of Canada from the Post Office Department with textual record RG3, Vol. 2908, file 9 (MIKAN no. 722533). In 1983, the philatelic records were segregated from the textual records and sent to the National Postal Museum to compliment their collection. The philatelic records were transferred back to the National Archives of Canada in 1989 as part of accession no. 1989-565 when the National Postal Museum closed.
