Materials include two letters to Dr. James Graham, and a receipt to E. Lee for part payment on a share in the Mississippi Emigration Society, signed by Francis Hincks who had asked Graham to send the prospectus of the society to David Gibson and other refugees. Other correspondents include Marshall Spring Bidwell, David Gibson, William Lesslie, Dr. A.K. Mackenzie (president of the Association of Refugees in Lockport, N.Y.), William Lyon Mackenzie, Dr. T.D. Morrison, Thomas J. Paterson, Dr. and Mrs. John Rolph.Provenance :Biographie/Histoire administrative :Graham, Christopher H., fl. ca. 1837 : Christopher H. Graham, a draper in Rochester, N.Y., was a member of a committee to assist refugees from the Rebellion in Upper Canada.
