The first reel includes shots of: the Memorial Arch, the campus at RMC, Kingston Martello Tower and Old Fort Henry, sword drills and a gymnastics demonstration by Chip Drury. Clips of a formal dress parade with shots of Sergeant Major Coggins, Acton Fleming, M.S. Brown, R.K. Mackenzie, G.H. Spencer, and Ian Mackenzie, Minister of National Defence, on the reviewing stand. The second section of the film includes scenes of the trooping of the colour with Brigadier E.C. Mathews and marching exercises by the graduating class. Closeup view of the Drury family. The final reel includes clips of the graduation celebrations at R.O. Sweezey's house. Guests include Dick Shaw, George Spencer, W.W. McConnell, Len Atack, Malcolm Sutherland Brown, and Colonel K.
