His lonely expeditions have taken him from the barren lands of the Canadian arctic to the jungles of Ecuador, and his years of travel and exploration have made him one of North America's most knowledgeable authorities on wild birds. John Bax enjoys a special empathy with his subjects which enables him to approach a nesting site and be accepted as non-threatening. Joy in his work and love of his subject are evident in every frame of the intimate portraits he has gathered on a huge variety of birds, common and rare. Warblers, snow geese, grebes, pelicans, ptarmigan and woodpeckers are just a few of the 'stars' of his spectacular footage, along with the most delightful of all, the enchanting hummingbirds. <50mn>Langue :EnglishDétails de l'inventaire : -
