Following their visit to England, Dr. Clarence N. Hincks, General Director of Canadian National Committee of Mental Health, Dr. William E. Blatz, Director of the Institue for Child Study and Dr. Stuart K. Jaffary, of the School of Social Work, discuss the problems in Britain related to mental hygiene, nursey schools and social work. They describe the effects of the bombings and the war in general. They stand the bombing well and children best of all. Social work is at a very high level but there is a need for more workers. The employment of the majority of the people in war work cuts down the manpower available for such jobs. Canadian social workers can help by going to Britain to take jobs as Welfare Officers. <30mn>
