This collection consists of various CBC television productions including specials on such subjects as pollution, the Apollo XII space mission, the December 1969 constitutional conference, American politics, and Canadian politics. Also included are programs in the current affairs series THE WAY IT IS, TAKE 30, THE PUBLIC EYE, NEWSMAGAZINE, TUESDAY NIGHT, and WEEKEND. There are also programs in the series about religion and philosophy MAN ALIVE, the interview series IMPRESSIONS, some drama programs, events at the 1975 Pan Am Games, the 1968 Winter Olympics, the 1972 Summer Olympics, and a program on the history of CBC Television news entitled THE TWO TON PENCIL.
This accession covers the recordings listed in the collection finding aid from pages 34 to 39. Note that the Program Resources Division of CBC no longer exists.
