Various radio programs including music programs, interviews with various personalities, dramas, some programming from the CBC Radio Northern Service and some sound effects of wildlife. Many of the recordings are undated. Series represented include: Distinguished Artists; CBC Tuesday Night; CBC Wednesday Night; CBC Centenary Concert; CBC Chamber Music; and Vancouver Theatre.
1. These recordings dubs are part of Program Archives' holdings of programs recorded on to tape in the 1950s and 1960s, and are not copies of material recorded on disc. Original tapes at Program Archives in Toronto.

CBC has supplied a basic inventory from which item level descriptions have been done, as well as some catalogue descriptions for selected items. This information is in the collection file.
