This film describes Inco's Canadian, American, and British operations and explains mining, smelting, refining, milling, and research processes in detail. Among topics and sites treated are: the High Falls hydro-electric plant near Copper Cliff, Ontario; the digging of a new mine shaft at Creighton Mine; underground mining at the Frood Mine; smelting at Copper Cliff and Coniston; Inco's sport facility Stanley Stadium in Copper Cliff; refining nickel electrolytically at Port Colborne, Ontario; the milling of finished nickel at the Huntington Works, West Virginia; refining nickel by the carbonyl process at the Clydach refinery near Swansea, Wales; various experimental labs at the Birmingham Lab; furnace fabrication at the Birmingham Electric Furnaces plant; tube, pipe, and turbine blade fabrication at the Zenith works near Glasgow, Scotland; alloy production at the Birmingham Works; and precious metals refining at the Acton refinery near London, England. A final sequence deals with the company's recreational facilities in these communities. <70mn>
