This document is one in a series of interviews undertaken as a one-year research project by the Technological Change Coordinator's Office of the Public Service Alliance of Canada. Its purpose is to examine whether successful adaptation of the clerical workers in the federal government to new technologies is associated with such organizational characteristics as the labour-management consultation process and the growing organization.
