File consists of 2 photographs: an undated portrait of Walter Reuther (former head of the United Auto Workers) and a group portrait of (what appears to be) Bob White with Walter Reuther and other union officials wearing matching windbreaker jackets (1970). File also includes photocopies of plaques received by Bob White: on the official opening of Port Elgin education centre (1988); "first strike-free settelement in 22 years" between Boeing and CAW Local 673 (1990); and an award "to the Canadian who best exemplifies hsitorical consciousness" by the OHASSTA (1986).

Note générale :

Photographs had been framed and were hanging on the walls of Bob White's office. (The image of Walter Reuther was in the same frame, behind the group portrait). Walter Reuther (1970-1970) was president of the United Auto Workers from 1946 until his death in a plane crash in 1970.
