This series consists of administration and accounting files created between 1960 and 2006.
The extent and quality of coverage varies greatly and the year 1980 marks a clear break when the firm of Robbie Williams and Kassum was dissolved and replaced by Robbie Architects and Planners (RAP). Records were then severely culled and what survived was separated between the former partners. For this reason, almost no financial records survive from the early period of Roderick Robbie's career. The earliest surviving administration and accounting filesare found under the name of each successive partnership.
For the period that begins in 1980, the accounting files transferred to LAC contained a large amount of receipts and invoices which were weeded out in favor of yearly ledgers and consolidated accounts. Even then, there are a few years not documented after 1994.
In addition to the administration and accounting records per se, the series includes a sizeable amount of correspondence by staff of the firm, contractors or clients. Organized in chronological order from 1985 to 2000, this correspondence includes printed e-mails and covers all the successive firms' interests, from office administration to individual projects. These files cannot be deemed complete in themselves and should be used as a complement to other files found in the fonds. These correspondence files also cover projects that did not involve Roderick Robbie and which are therefore not covered by other documents in the fonds. Several notebooks kept by Roderick Robbie are also included in this series even though they deal with projects already possibly covered by the Promotion/Projects Series

From 1967 to 1970, Roderick Robbie's time was essentially spent as technical director for the Metropolitan Toronto School Board's "Studies in Educational facilities" (SEF) project.
In 13 July, 1970, Roderick Robbie formed ESI, Environment Systems International (dissolved in 26 October, 2015)
Furthermore, Roderick Robbie joined forces with Richard Jacques, an architect established in the State of New York, in order to bid on School development projects in the United States. Together they designed the ground breaking new Albany High School.
