He recalled the role of the fedral government in the establishment of the Atlantic Adjustment Grants. There was a lengthy descripton of the importance of power in the Provinces' economic development. Particular reference was made to the New Brunswick Power Commission and the Beechwood Power Development. The interviewee expressed some genreal views on his relationship with members of the Diefenbaker government in areas of economic expansion.
