Chaison (Interiewer]Description :Mr Harm described his early experiences as an immigrant in New Brunswick and his employment with the International Paper Company. He then discussed his increased involvement in the trade union movement and his appointment as a genreal organizer fo rthe Canadian Congress of Labour. Mention is made of his work in Picton, Nova Scotia shipyards and his organizing activities with the Canadian Labour Congress. The interviewee then gave his impressions of individuals he had met over the years including: Silby Barrett, Angus MacLeod, J.K. Bell, Frank Cirlley, Harold Stafford, Horace Pettigorve, Douglas Cochrane, Gerald Reagan, Asley Colter and Donald MacDonald.
