Files are arranged by employer or subject and reflects the arrangement as received from the donor. Files in vols. 8 to 31 were created by Graham Thomas ("Kip") Connolly, Director of the Industrial Sector in the 1980s and early 1990s. Prominent employers include Schneiders (vols. 26 and 27), Canada Packers (vols. 27 to 30), and Robson-Lang Leathers (vol. 31). Other employers are, in general, arranged by first letter of corporate name: A-H (vols. 8, 12 to 14, 19 to 26), I-R (vol. 10 to 11, 13 to 14, 16 to 18, 20 to 26), and S-Z (vols. 8, 12, 17, 20 to 26)., The nine colour photographs were removed from their original file and placed in a separate volume for preservation reasons. However, the original order is maintained in the finding aid.
