This accession consists of records created and/or maintained by Quebec regional office of the Atmospheric Environment Service (AES), Environment Canada. The records include material on the following subjects: the National Weather Program, specifically the statement of basic service; the Atmospheric Policy Committee, including memorandums and meeting minutes; various committee minutes and reports of the Atmospheric Environment Program Alternative Service Delivery Study; formal agreements between the AES and NAV Canada; and various reports, press releases, public awareness campaigns concerning climate change.
