Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Assistant Judge Advocate General, Pacific Region.

The accession includes, but is not limited to records relating to: conferences and meetings; legal matters, including legislation, agreements and contracts, copyright, international law, and the law of the sea (territorial waters, fishing zones and violations); Canadian Human Rights Act issues regarding harassment; boards of inquiry and summary investigations; claims policy; plans, operations and readiness, including non-military activities, search and rescue, and operations, exercises and manoeuvres; discipline of service personnel, including policy, summary trials, courts martial, administrative actions, drug testing, sexual misconduct, and pre-charge advice; construction and maintenance; real property; ammunition and explosives; and the demilitarization of HMCS Kootenay.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
