This accession contains albums of historical photographs from the division of foreign pest suppression and plant protection division. Subjects include, but are not limited to: staff pictures, dominion entomologists; fumigation stations in Montreal, Montrose and Vancouver; potato tuber moth; entomological laboratory in Fredericton (1916-1919); soil treating for Japanese beetles (mostly 1940s); brown tail moth scouting (1913-1916); gypsy moth infestations (1920s); European corn borer scouting (1920s); entomological societies; fumigation of York farm cannery (1950s); fumigations and inspection of ships; various inspections of plants; fumigation of trains; Annapolis Royal insect lab (1919); plant conference in the Netherlands (1950); seed potato inspections (1950s); and loading of potatoes on various ships at Charlottetown. The albums also contains a few paper clippings. The accession also contain 9 photographs of guardite gas processing unit at Fort Erie, Ontario.
